I highly recommend Steven Mears Funeral Directors in Sydenham for giving our mum the most amazing send-off. From start to finish they were absolutely incredible the entire process was managed beautifully. Throughout the process the care provided was outstanding.
They supported me through every step, Sherry and Janice were absolutely amazing checking in on me and answering every single question I had with so much patience and compassion.
The funeral cars were pristine, the floral arrangements were stunning, and our celebrant Teresa was absolutely incredible she spoke so fondly of our mum and it felt like she really knew her personally, capturing her spirit beautifully.

Jackie was amazing through this difficult time. I could see she genuinely cares about her job and the people who are resting there. Jackie looked after my nephew and ill be forever grateful for how she was. Also ive forgotten the name of the young man who drove us to the venues he also collected my nephew from hospital . He was very respectful and professional and made a calming impact on our day. ( I know he's 20 and he's mum works for the company so please pass on my thanks to him)
